Risk Disclosure
Signal is experimental software on a public blockchain. Please read this before you launch or trade.
You can lose everything you put in
Instant-pool tokens on Signal start with 0.1 SOL of liquidity, and bonding-curve tokens start with an empty curve. Either way it is a tiny market: a single trade can move the price a lot, and a token with no buyers is worth nothing. Buying a token is not a donation to the film and doesn't give you a share of it. Do not spend SOL you cannot afford to lose.
Devnet is not real
Unless a page says mainnet, Signal runs on Solana devnet. Devnet SOL and tokens have no monetary value and the network is periodically reset, which erases everything on it.
Liquidity is locked forever
Instant pools are locked from launch; a bonding curve's liquidity is locked once it graduates to its Meteora DAMM v2 pool. This protects holders from a creator pulling the pool, but it also means the pool cannot be upgraded, moved or closed. If Meteora changes or the pool program has a bug, there is no way to withdraw the locked liquidity.
Creators can still let you down
Locked liquidity does not make a creator deliver. Creators may hold vested tokens they can sell as they unlock, and a DAO treasury spends only what proposals approve. Look at the allocation on the project page before you buy.
Smart contracts and services can fail
Signal relies on Meteora, Streamflow, Realms, Metaplex, Solana RPC providers, Privy and our own Etch service. Any of them can be paused, exploited, deprecated or simply down. A launch can partially complete (for example the pool exists but the DAO does not); the launch page shows exactly which steps finished.
Prices and figures are estimates
Prices shown on Signal are computed from pool reserves at the time of the last refresh. Market cap is fully diluted (price × total supply) and overstates what could actually be sold. Holder counts are capped by what the RPC returns. Treat every number as approximate.
Legal and tax
Token launches and trading may be regulated or taxed where you live. It is your responsibility to know and follow those rules. Nothing on Signal is legal, tax or investment advice.
